Product Refund Policy

1. Subject

This Agreement governs the cancellation and refund requests of Customers who have purchased products or services from Luminarele LLC.

2. Validity Period

Luminarele provides a refund opportunity within 15 business days from the date of purchase. Refund requests after 15 days are not eligible.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Domain registrations
• SSL Certificates
• Web Design & Development
• Panel Licenses
• Account Balance Top-ups
• Virtual Servers (VPS)
• Dedicated Servers
• Server Colocation

The above services are explicitly non-refundable.

Funds added to the system as balance or payments specifically marked as balance cannot be refunded in cash. Balance is considered a prepaid credit to be used exclusively for future purchases within Luminarele LLC.

Additionally, any 10% late payment interest fee charged due to Customer’s delayed payments is non-refundable.

4. Refundable Services

• Web Hosting
• Reseller Hosting
• SLA Services

4.1 Conditions for Refund Validity

Refund requests are invalid in cases where:

• The Customer arbitrarily cancels the service.
• A program initially worked but later malfunctioned due to Customer-related issues.
• The Customer refuses to perform certain tasks outside the scope of technical support and seeks a refund instead.

4.2 Refunds for Other Services

For Dedicated Servers and Colocation Services, refunds are made by deducting the cost corresponding to the active usage days (primarily electricity and operational costs). The unused portion is refunded.

5. Commission Deduction

For refunds related to Online Payments, the 2.10% commission fee charged by the payment gateway (virtual POS) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Luminarele is not responsible for any changes made by the payment provider to commission rates.

6. Acknowledgement

This Product Refund Policy becomes effective once the Customer confirms acceptance of the Service Agreement and proceeds with the purchase. By purchasing, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this Refund Policy.
